Program Details
Applied Sport Performance combines scientific knowledge with practical application to prepare students for careers in sports, fitness, coaching, and wellness. Through coursework and field experiences, students develop the skills necessary to improve performance, promote health, and lead others effectively.
Kinesiology
Study human movement and learn how the body performs during exercise, sport, and everyday activity.
Biomechanics
Analyze movement patterns and athletic performance using scientific principles of force, motion, and mechanics.
Personal Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription
Learn how to evaluate fitness levels and design effective exercise programs for individuals and special populations.
Coaching/Teaching
